An Ordinance to amend the Widows' and
Orphans' Pension Ordinance, 1908.
BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:- ན་
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Widows' and Short title. Orphans' Pension Amendment Ordinance, 1927.

2. In this Ordinance the term 64 means the Widows' and Orphans' Pension Ordinance, the term

3. Sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (1) of section 3 of Amendment the principal Ordinance is amended by the insertion of the words :-

7. Paragraph (3) of section 3 of the principal Ordinance Repeal of is repealed.

Amendment
8. Sub-section (i) of section 7 of the principal Ordi- nance is amended by the repeal of the last six lines there- of Ordinance of, beginuing with the words "In the case of an officer and ending with the words "the abatement is made ".
